At scary polony we don't believe that art should always be digested inside a white cube. Perched high above the setting African sun in a spectacular architectural home on the slopes of Bakoven in the Western Cape, we recently showcased the Fine Art photographs of Cape Town based photographer, Micha Serraf.
This nomadic, artist ONS occurred while we served up avant garde gin cocktails, tapas on trays by a Belgian chef, red velvet cupcakes and vegan polony bagel dogs to an intimate collection of guests. As the sun draped it's way into the Atlantic ocean our resident artist for the evening: Micha Serraf, conducted a walk-about of his mesmerizing and engaging photographic works and tapestries. The after glow of this unique event was the chatter of praise from among our guests for inducing a touch of magic for a brief moment in time.
